Portfolio and Experience
Technology I’ve had significant experience with include:
Bread and Butter: Python, SQL, PysparkOthers: Dask, Redis, SQL, Postgres, Snowflake
I have built models for most supervised learning algorithms, and a few unsupervised, mostly for customer segmentation type tasks. I have deep experience in marketing analytics from a platform and analysis perspective.
Additionally, I have experience building and deploying analytical web apps, some with NLP based backends: Word Embeddings and Rule Based models. Finally, I have done several types of GIS related modeling such as Spatial Representation Mapping, Least Costs Paths Analysis, and Spatial Regressions.
Domains I have built solutions for
- Investment Portfolios
- Marketing Analytics
- Congressional Appropriations
- Food Tech
- Human Migration
- Healthcare
- Marketing
Other tech I’ve used:
I have dabbled in causal modeling and astronomical computation as areas of interest. I used a variety of Front-end tech to create this website. When I was a kid, I programmed a TI-83 Basic quadratic equation program to help me on my Algebra tests, so you could say that was the beginning of my journey with technology.
Select Projects
While most of my work is done in propietary systems and therefore unavailable, see some open source work below.
Pulmonary Embollism Study
Investigating adverse event rates by PE type and predictive ability of common diagnostic tools in an inpatient setting
Causal Inference
Causal Inference based validation of the Pulmonary Embollism Study.
See blog post 1 for a general introduction to causal analysis
See blog post 2 for the validation study
A broder discussion on why Causal Inference works, mathematically link
Near Earth
Astronomy based analyses to find and exploit near earth objects for the good of humanity. Coming Soon.
